There are two ways to get PdaNet working on your Android phone: You can download and install PdaNet on your Windows or Mac computer, once downloaded just follow the instructions to get it working. Or you can download the app right from your Nexus One phone via the Android Market, connect the phone to your computer and run the installer from your “Downloads” folder from your phone.
